New Procharger mockup

This is mockup #7 (many trees have died for this project) Please critique. I am most concerned right now with belt length. The red wire is 57 inches long. The closest 12 rib belt is 56 inches long. How much does a 12 rib belt stretch?

Photo is a little blurry will work on that (its not your eyes.)

Re: New Procharger mockup

I thought about another pulley but I think I can just slot two of the mounting bracket holes and give myself some adjustment there.

Looks a lot better than the last one. As long as you can come up with a belt length that works, I'd say go for it.

Here is a picture with the power steering pump. I think it is starting to come together. Will try the mockup in the car tonight. As usual for all that comment

Re: New Procharger mockup

I do not know of anyone that makes a kit for a 455 Buick and the D-1. There is one for a D1SC that might be modified for the D-1. I also have some ideas about how I wanted it to look and work. After looking at the ATI setup that came off of the Camaro I thought that I could make something better. So we shall see.

I should have some pictures of the mockup installed in the car soon. We are finally having weather good enough to work in the garage.
