Re: cheap nitrous kit or piece together my own?

Harris Speed Works has good stuff at a good price. I ran their single nozzle LT1 kit and adapted it to work in my HSR 383.

150 for a bottle with highflow valve
30 bucks for the mounts
60 for a nozzle
30 for blow down tube kit
70 for fuel solenoid
60 for nitrous solenoid
10 for WOT switch
20 for a TPI throttle body bracket for the WOT switch
Then you'll need to add 15-20ft of 4an line for main feed and then two pieces of 3an line for the nozzle. Harris will make them for you at any length you want. Not a bad deal

But at that rate your already at 400 bucks then add in the lines which may add up to 100 or so depending. The base LT1 kit is 414 already minus blow down tube so you can piece together for about same price

Not a bad kit for the money tho

EDIT; i see you have LT1 anyway so just get their LT1 kit

Give Hawks Third Gen a call or PM and ask about the Brand X Nitrous kits they carry...complete LT1 kits start less than $400

Re: cheap nitrous kit or piece together my own?

Here you go, I've been running this kit for almost 2 years now with no problem. Earlier this year I replaced the fogger for a plate (I wanted a harder, direct hit) but nothings wrong with the intake fogger...
