383 goes bad when warm! help

I have some problems with the engine, it goes smoothly at idle, but when it goes warm, i cannot get proper rpm. Msd boost timing master, vacumsec.msd pro billet distr. timing set at 6deg.@ idle! Qucik fuel carb 750. intercooled procharger Psc 1.. The plugs are still full of black soot,

02 is not good, 14,6/1 air fuel! stays the same up to 4000rpm. when i Clamp it, there is left a black smoke sky behind the car..

I Cant figure out where the problem is! Black smoke is to much fuel?? black plugs as well. Bad combustion mixture, or problems with ignition?

Boost timing master hose goes to the Base plate rigth?

To start with that's not enough timing... the BTM should be getting manifold vacuum.
