They look like you just put them in 1000 miles ago.

Re: How do these plugs look?

Light brown is just about right. Maybe even a hair rich but maybe not. Hard to tell without having the car on a dyno with A/F.

Cut the threads off. The depth of the porcelain determines what RPM that you're looking at from my understanding. By memory the higher RPM is further towards the wire side. You're pretty much looking at the idle as-is.

Re: How do these plugs look?

Well the plugs have about 10 miles on them but here is the reason why....When my uncle bought the heads we had to have them machined to work with a blower and flat top pistons that where already in the block so when they came back we put them on and just bought a set of NGK plugs with a .407 reach well after driving it for about 4 years just to car shows and about 6 sets of plugs all fouled out after some help from the Corvette Forum one of the guys suggested that i was running too short of a reach plug in my aluminum heads...he noticed that in one of the plug pictures that the reach was too short...so i went out pulled a plug and used a mirror to see down in the hole and at first glance all you saw was the clean threads but at just the right angle with a flash light i saw a second set of threads and i about died...so i called my uncle over and he saw them too we switched them out for NGK TR5 .708 reach and she runs great no carbon build up...here is what all we have changed to find this...Holley main jets 20 times up and down all new needle valves and floats, power valves evey size new fuel line, new fuel pump ,new fuel tank, new fuel sending unit ,set the timming, new fuel filters and a couple of smaller carbs bolted on and still foulled plugs...i did find some rust in the fuel lines but never had any problems....so frusturation!!!!!
