oil feed and return?

also to do it right the feed has to be up and return has to be straight pointing down correct?

there may be tq specs for them but i just tighten all mine with a wrench , i pretty much snug them real well and never had an issue.

the feed/drain can be stright up and down, but anything upto 15* off vertical is fine

oh ok i will do that today

also today i raised up the car and found out he has the oil feed in the oil pan should i just run it like that?

ls oil pans have a location above the filter for pressure feed.
Return can go back to oil pan or timing cover.
I prefer timing cover return. Easier to swap out timing covers than tapping pan.
I prefer to not tap pan with it still on the car. I just dont want to chance aluminum shavings tearing up anything.

Oh ok well the oil pan i have has a an fitting right above the oil sensor or whatver that thing is in the side of the oil pan i aint sure if this is a good feed or not because when i started the car it did not shoot oil out of it.

ok well i bolted up the turbo today i have a question how would i turn the center piece to have the oil feed facing up since right now its side ways
