Alrighty, i'm working on getting all my parts for my car.

story: traded it for a 92 honda hatchback, i bought it with a slipping transmission and a dead hole, so i bought a rebuild kit and did the transmission my self, and did a compression test and found it had a bent valve.

now i'm putting everything back together, i've got a 355 after i tore it apart flat tops, not sure on rods but im sure everything else is stock, cant get that lucky.

Things to buy

Headers - Thinking about using s10 headers and flipping them upside down? ( opinions are welcome)

ECM 749 - edit: Just bought the ECM

The Parts list is reasonable. Is the hx50 Off of something Or is it aftermarket?

You can repin the harness plug. What is your plan with tuning?

 

plan on using code59 software, the holset came off a 11L M11 Cummins Box Truck, i can re-pin the harness just wondering if anyone out there is making plug and play harness's yet, maybe ill attempt one?

 

730 speed density harness basically works fine, just needs few pins moved. Not many and I forget which ones, but I believe it was something to do with the low imp injector drivers. Ppl say to swap IAC stuff but I didnt have to on my 730 ecm control code 59 and it worked fine as far as I could tell, but i was using a ls1 iac

You could use any MAF harness but theres more repin work required and need to add another ecm pin connector. Not hard just time consuming. Follow the diagrams

 

what do you all think of the s10 headers upside down? only down fall i see with most others that go under the oilpan that would heat up the oil pretty quickly...

 

any ideas on the s10 headers? i'm gunna order them up monday or put a post for the WTB turbo headers no responses by Monday ill order up the s10's
