I have a 330hp 350 vortec headed crate motor from GM. I put all the goodies on it IE am GM performance intake, headers, and I am running a TBI with a custom 46mm unit with 68# injectors, and a big fuel pump with a Vac reference FPR. So when I was getting my chip burnt the best he could do is 252 to the wheels. Well as usually I want more. I want 350 to 400 what do I need to do or is it even possible with a TBI.

Before I waist a ton of money I would like some input. I figure heads and cam at the least. I sure hope the TBI unit will work as is it was very expensive. I know I will need a chip but that is taken care of by my dyno guy.

I was told that putting 1.6 rockers on my 1.5 heads would really do a lot. Is that true?

P.S. I swapped from a 700r4 to a T5.

 

Anythings an improvment.. This area is mostly for power adders.. Turbo's,superchargers and nitrous. But hopefully you can figure out what ya need.

 

Well what about putting a blower on my engine and keeping the TBI?

 

That will do it all right. Try the rockers first though.
