Procharger question/ install help. asap

Happy holidays everyone.
1. I am currently installing my p600B supercharger on my 88 camaro. I got to the part where i put the crank pulley and spacer on. Well it all went alright until i put the spacer on the old crank pulley, i put the balancer bolt up there and tried to get it started but come to find out the damn thing is too short. It says nothing about needing a new bolt in the instructions and there is no longer bolt for it, what do i do? i took my balancer off last winter to put my cam in, did it not get pushed back on far enough? or whats the deal here, i'm confused. Thanks for the help
question 2
I was looking at the directions, and i saw that i have to cut my fuel line for the fmu. Is there any way that i can get around this so i don't have to hack it up incase i ever go back and not use the fmu? thanks for the help too.

Yes, you do need a longer bolt.
Mine came in the kit, I'm sure if you call ATI they will send you a new one.
I think mine was only a half inch to an inch longer.
