Re: Hooker LS turbo Manifold S475 build thread

Sorry about that little break I had there. Laundry room project is taking my life over!

Waiting on the wastegate flanges for this kit to ship to me, then the guy is sending me his turbo as well so I can fabricate some if the cold side as well.

I think this non ac style is my favorite to build. Simple yet tests my skills in the tight area. Had a hell of a time getting my #18 cup in. Had to switch to a #12 to finish it off.

Yes havent been chiming in here much. I have 2 non-ac kits ready to go basically. Starting on another non-ac kit for myself or the shelf then i have 1 more AC kit tacked up. Been talking with a member here for it just want to line everything up perfectly.

Ill get some more photos of these kits after coating as well. Ill be switching my setup to the same one, selling my old setup and even going to the new terminator X holley setup. So there will be some more updates to come shortly.

Awesome, sounds good. I'd love to know more details on the non AC kit. When do you think you'll have them ready to sell and have you thought about the pricing?

Decided to stick with the LS over the 2JZ swap huh? Nice.

Another AC kit that's potentially spoken for.

Bought myself a hooker setup as well. Fitment is fantastic.

Also modified the Holley/ls3 stat.

Looks like a very nice piece that you have designed. Are you still building / selling these? I may be interested in an AC version.

I'll take a non AC kit for sure. Whenever you've got some ready to go that is

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that Jay is still building these. He has not been active on the forums since June.

The drivers side faces towards firewall and there's a crossover pipe going down and under the transmission to the passenger side

I came here to see if these manifolds fit our chassis. I see shogun cuts and CAD drawings. I'll take that as a "no." lol.

They fit great. That's the passenger side where the turbo mount would be. The crossover tucks up nice

Sorry if you already mentioned this, but what's your plans for the exhaust? What size? Out the fender? It seems like there's no room to go down where it's supposed to go...?

I'm going 5" out the fender. Haven't decided whether I'm gonna go out and down thru the battery tray or behind the strut tower
