Anyone who's using NX Bottle Opener, a few questions
I'm looking at getting the remote bottle opener before I install my NX system but I have a few questions about it.
Does the bottle opener fit on to the handle of the bottle or do you have to change the **** for it to work?
When removing/replacing the bottle in the car, does it easily come off leaving the only thing holding it in the car being the wiring? Is it harder to remove/replace the bottle b/c of the remote opener?
To use it does it work with an on/off switch and it knows when to stop turning the valve, or do you have to control how long it's on and let go of the power when you see the gauge reading pressure?
I'm mounting the bottle in the spare tire well with a quick release clamp setup. There's room but it is limited and easy removal/replacement are big factors. I'm also using the bottle heater and would wire the power control switches so the heater will only turn on when the bottle is also open if the remote opener does in fact work with a typical on/off type switch. Thanks.

Well im not sure about NX but my brother has NOS brand and has the remote shut-off...yes it is wired into a generic on-off switch but have been told the remote shut-off hinders flow...dont know just hear say but on the fact of easy bottle replacement...with the NOS make sure you have at least 5 solid minutes because it is a pain in the nuts...gotta have it perfect or it just spins...truthfully I would not put the remote in my own car, just another PITA to worry about.
