New topic disappears
I posted a new topic twice yesterday in the diy prom board. All seemed ok when I hit the submit button, but when I checked on it later I couldn't find it anywhere. I seem to be able to reply ok. I've posted new topic's in the past that were ok. I'm not sure why they don't stick now.

ask yourself this. what was the content of your posts? were you seeking someone to burn a prom for you? that is a big no-no on the diy prom board.

Noooo, I wasn't asking that, just a simple question regarding the 305 prom. A line or two response would have been fine. I did find the Sticky by Traxion that sounded a kinda rude though. So where do ask a question about a Prom if not the Prom board?
BTW my Q was: Posts I've read say that for the 91-92 305 TPI's to have the 350 cam instead of the 'peanut' cam, did GM re-cal the Prom to take advantage of the better cam?
I guess I could try the Tech bd but thinking these are Prom guys who might know. I didn't put it in the original Q, but I was thinking if not, there could be some gains to be found there by learning to burn my own.
Instead of a little helpful info it seems my Q got booted.

ok, i jumped the gun a bit. i apologize. asking about a prom, a general question like that is kind of a gray area. you might try asking on the tpi board, the tech general engine board (Vader might have some info to pass on), and on the diy board as well.
worst case scenario, try doing a search about the differences in the proms. then from there, i'd probably try to ask someone what they know.
