Could I get a temporary board?? Thirdgen Nationals '03 related

Hey, I guess if Brad doesn't read this any time soon I'll pm him about it. Not sure if it will fly though.

But I got guys from all over the US, cept on the West coast coming to this event.

I was wondernig if I could get a temporary board for TGN's. I'd be the moderator and make sure things only pertain to this event. I think it would help me and others out a lot. That way might draw even more attn to this. I'd appreciate the consideration for this.

What does everyone else think?

Geez Mark, if you get moderator status, the whoring will only get worse...

Ill agree, there should be a board for this, it would save Mark a lot of the logistics of emailing a ton of people and trying to get ahold of them.

seems like a good idea to me, this way the other boards won't get flooded with this stuff. Plus it'll give people that might wanna share campsites and stuff like that a place to talk it over...

YES!

i think this is a good idea. especially since some of us are trying to organize people from each state to caravan over, this would be perfect.

i agree with everyone. with a forum dedicated just to the meet, it will save a lot of everyone's time trying to get everyone and everything organized. this way, anyone who wants to come can just open the forum...

great idea mark.

TGN could become an annual event, so it should definately have its own board, even if it is a temporary one.

i guess we'll see how it works out

i definately plan on going and taking my friend with me

ahh well i like the idea... if we could just have a temp board... and in there.. maybe it seperated by state.. and one for the actual events of the meet... that would be a good idea... plus it keeps mark ocupied so he isnt in everyone else's stuff!! (just say the word hooker... mark comes runnin) this would be a great idea... and will probably attract more people to come to this meet... this is gunna be huge... i cant wait...

Just to let everyone know, and maybe so Brad can see that I do have a lot to keep track of, right now I have about 170 on my email update list, plus there seems to be more and more each week added.

I also, know of about 40 other cars , that don't frequent this board, but contacts have told me they need a date set first.
So, I really think if all goes well, we can have 200 3rd Gens there.
Oh, and Brad , I'd love to see your car there.

Now if this was an Annual thing, with lots more people showing up each year, I would have to go too. This is a great idea.

Just to let you know, if all goes well this year, I plan to have it a bit more out west, unfortunately when I started planning this, I didn't realize it would become this big.

Great idea, especialy the part about keeping Mark busy. jk

I think instead of dividing it by state do it by major cities where people would meet to start thier caravan.

And then a sticky with the updated info from Mark
