Since we get alot of threads on here warning people about bad E-Bay sellers, how bout we start a sticky where people can post names of sellers (not necessarily bad sellers, but anybody that warrants some research before a purchase). That way if anybody is going to buy off of E-Bay, they can run down the thread real quick and see if who they are buying from is on the list.

You gotta love this guy, he buys the panels from me with buy it now option and ends my auction. Doesn't bother asking any questions, then after he gets door panels claims there not what he was expecting. First off, I sold them as perfect meaning no cracks, rips or tears. He wanted them for a show car. Which when I sell N.O.S. NEW STUFF THAT COULD GO IN A SHOW CAR. Remember that he never asked any questions just bought them. If I'm not mistaken he was building a 3rd gen camaro, which GTA door panels wouldn't fit on unless you also bought the metal part riveted to the door. Which he didn't. He also wanted a 94-95 firebird dash set-up. What I'm gathering from this is once he knew they wouldn't fit, that's when all the nonsense started. I've recieved negative feedback on Ebay, he tried to get his money back from paypal( which they didn't see fit to do). So he got it back from his credit card co. I also gave him the option to exchange them for another set, but I told him none of them are show car material. He agreed, then phone the next day and didn't want them. Then after all this I recieved nasty emails from him and threating phone messages. Nice guy. Some other ebay member emailed me and said they had the same problem with him. After all this he's going to try and post messages on f-body sites, which he threatened he'd do. He still has my door panels and I have to deal with this mess he has created. Word of advice: Don't sell parts to Dwain Brammer...and dwain if you see this, which I'm sure you will; get off the pipe(crack). Don't bother me anymore and keep the door panels for your pipe dream car.

 

Well if he just bought and didnt' ask questions, then he got what he deserved.. You did nothing wrong in my eyes. Some people do things without thinking of the consequences. Obvioulsy this Drain89 is one of those people. Think before you jump people!

 

The thing is, if you ever dealt with "droptopgta" (Louis Battaglia of Itasca, Illinois) on or off eBay, you would know not to believe a word he says. He is a liar, a crook, and a con artist. Avoid any and all of his eBay auctions as well as eBayer "cherylferrari" which is either a buddy of his or another name he uses on eBay for shill bidding purposes.

Everyone has alot to say about me. I'm full of ****, a liar, crook. Thanks for the compliments but next time I need advice on what to sell or how to sell it; I'll ask one of you pros. I don't have the time to reply to every little "look look look he's a crook". I deal with a number of people that buy and sell TA cars and parts, and yes cheryl ferrari is one of them. I also buy parts and cars from cruesix, he's in Illinois to; I guess I'm him to. So for all of you look what he's doing guys, a word of advice; "I don't care what you think I'm doing". I buy and sell cars and parts(TA's) If you don't like it don't buy from me. Then again I don't recall selling anything to you big spenders.
