Not getting email notifications anymore from TGO..why?
I looked at my "USERCP" and everything is set up so I can get an email regarding responses to the threads. I have been getting email notifications ever since I've been a member, then about a month ago, it stopped. I've been missing tons of info...and I'm not sure what's up. Can someone help? Thanks

Do you guys have E-Mail filters or full mailboxes? Make sure you guys aren't blocking E-Mail from TGO in your setup.

Aol really likes to block notifications from here, last time I check my mail I had like 75 "spam" mails from tgo
it seems that every ISP has a spam blocking of sorts now, so this is most likely your problem.
try that

This was happening to me as well. I noticed I wasnt getting as much mail anymore and I took a peek in my SPAM folder and my jaw dropped. I had about 50 email from TGO in there. I contacted AOL and they told me I would have to set my controls to alllow ALL emails from senders
First let me say a disclaimer that I'm not the too knowledgeable with AOL and their "spam control" methods. But I think the answer you got was incorrect. If you had email addresses/domains blocked, it shouldn't go into the spam folder so setting your mail controls to allow ALL emails is the answer to a different issue.
In the spam control settings, you can either disable the feature entirely, or I think if you add the email address to your email address book, the email will not go into your spam folder.
Like I said, I'm not too knowledgeable with AOL and their software. Even if you did the above, that's not to say you still won't get your email. AOL has been known to take the liberity of controlling your own email (atleast in the past).

I checked my spam controls and I did have some TGO email notifications in there.....so...I unchecked a box that will allow all. I'll try that and see how it works.
