Not able to reply to many threads? Possible explanation

i'm sure people are wondering why.

i have a feeling that it may be due to email notifications being turned on in those threads for some users, and there may be a problem with the server sending the mail. Thing about vBulletin is, email is queued and sent before the message is actually posted to the database. If something stops the mail from working, then this can be the result.

i could be wrong with the above since i'm not with TGO. But i'm sure the Admins will get it resolved.

Edit: vernw, you was able to reply to my thread because i don't use email notification. However, apparently you do because i can't reply back. So instead i can only edit this message to inform you. And the reason why you was able to reply to your own post in this forum down below, is because you may already know that vBulletin does not send email notification to yourself. Because you started your thread, you replying to it yourself does not involve email notification, so the reply goes through without problems

IROCZTWENTYGR8 has turned the email notification off for the site, so people will be able to reply again
