For as much as I like other sites with general discusion boards. I like thirdgen far more because there is no BS. Granted where I live I am a member of and there is everything from a Not Work Safe board (****) to a video board where there is some crazy stuff (like a video of a guy killing himself with a gun). I love that kinda stuff who doesnt. I go on third gen to get thirdgen info. I like how we have it. I dont want to search for "best flowing heads" and getting a chick giving... well you get the point.

Last week (3/31-4/6) saw 1505 new threads, 11626 new posts, and 352 new members. All three numbers are a huge increase over weeks earlier this year, especially the new members stat. For the rest of 2006, the highest number of new members was 234. This week is looking to be another record breaker.
in a way he actually seems correct.

I remember this board about 1 1/2 to two years ago. it would keep me busy all day at work replying to post and reading threads, getting replies and such. after that it started dying off. it seems to be picking back up a little but still not near what it once was. shoot I remember at one time the tech boards was a joke not because of garbage or anything like that but to find something posted only 1-2 days ago involved going back 2-3 pages. but that again was some time ago well before your entrance here.

I know. Just think, they could have made millions if they just would have made an OT board!
