automerge double post

automerge double post

it doesn't just automerge post it also seems to automerge threads.
if I create a thread send it off the the TGO gods to process then start a new thread for the TGO gods they put both threads not post but both whole threads into one thread.
wonder if it would do that if i make a thread then post in antoher thread or make a thread then make antoher thread in a another forum

I was not able to replicate this. The auto merge is on a 5 minute window. Three of your threads in this forum where made under 5 minutes, and they weren't merged, so I don't know what problem you are having:

As you can see, all 3 posts were made in less than 5 minutes of each other, and it didn't merge them.

there was a merge issue. I edited one of them if you dont' mind I am going to try to replicate this myself if you can handle deleting my threads.
