Give us a warning/advanced notice

Would it be possible to give us advanced notice when the sight will be down. I would think there is an easy way of letting everybody know.

There was an update on the main page saying the site would be down today. Give these guys a break. All they are trying to do is improve the website. It was only down for a couple of hours too so I don't know what the big deal is.

Yeah, there are plenty of "how to's" articles and such on here. And It would be nice to have advanced warning. I would have printed it out, but I just thought I would be able to bring it up on the when I was going to do the work.

Like Zrated said there was a post up that explained our updating schedule.
Also if you are that in need of the content here you can always go to

archive.org and pull up a not so recent version of our site.
