vin decoder

I remember a while back... when this site had a vin decoder. I was just wondering if it is still on the site? Because I sure cant find it.

The VIN and RPO decoders were lost when a hard drive failed in a TGO server last year or so. There has not been a replacement since, atleast not for the VIN decoder.

JT, if someone were to recreate these programs, what's the preferred form? PHP/SQL? Perl? If no one else gets to it first, I have the information, just need the time to do the work on a VIN decoder at the least.
