Suggestion: Alternative fuel board!
Quite a few people are dabbling with ethanol based fuels.
Since the whole E85 thing is sort of new, it would be greatly beneficial to start this type of board so people can post their progress and others can learn from their experience.
Some posts on the carb board are 15+ pages long just to discuss jetting.
There are many other factors besides jetting that could all be covered by the alternative fuel board as well. Things such as as fuel pumps, filtration, lines, ignition timing, camshaft timing and overlap, computer modifications, proper A/F ratios, etc. to take advantage of these fuels.
It would be nice to hear some POSITIVE real world experiences rather than the all too common "scientific speculations" of how crappy your car might run, etc. that you see all over the web.
Who wouldn't want a 13:1 compression motor that could be fed for 2.77 a gallon and make more power/less detonation than race fuel that costs 8 bucks a gallon (getting off my soap box now)
Powers that be, please help others like myself who see the benefits of this new board!
