Hi guys. New here. I had a hell of a time getting my account registered. Finally it went through but it took 7/8 tries. I even contacted the mods who said they had no registration cine up with my info. I noticed there wasn’t a introduction section for new members or at least I didn’t see one. If there is one, is it a sub forum section?

 

ThatFordGuy, you had contacted me via email as I'm the one who said there was no record of your registration (prior to now). I checked the logs and it shows a normal (average) amount of registrations over the last 30 days. Additionally, it compares about the same for the same period in 2020. Therefore, that doesn't show any obvious issue with registration process.

There is no Introduction section. ThirdGen.org, for most of it's 20+ years online, has been a "tech-only" site dedicated to the Third Generation F-Body (1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird). If you have a ThirdGen and want to show it off as well as provide information, you can do so in the

Members Camaros section

You may have had a bad start, but keep in mind that nearly every community is different - different topics, different rules, etc.
