So about a year ago I was doing my normal craigslist browsing for thirdgens and ran across a green 92 TA convertible, The price was reasonable so I decided I would check it out in person.
Once I got there the car was a mixed bag of sorts, cosmetically it was in pretty sad shape but it was mechanically sound and completely unmolested. I figured since I had made the drive I should go ahead and drive it.. I did and I fell in love with it, it reminded me of my 91 RS convertible I had when I was 18 which was about 20 years ago..man I'm getting old lol.
Fast forward to now, so over the past year the car has gotten new paint, refurbished interior with 4th gen seats (I kept the originals and will have them recovered soon), refurbished wheels, new top and a bit of mechanical sorting of all the little things until ever feature works as it did new.
Here are a few pics of her all cleaned up this afternoon:
I'm a Camaro guy and I have a Camaro convertible, but those trans am convertibles just look better. They seem to flow better. Yours is no exception, looks great.

Thanks! the 91/92 TA verts do flow well

Thanks! I'd like to take it but 92's aren't eligible yet. I may take my 88 GTA if it gets done in time.
I know you've done a lot work, but man, you stole that car!
I felt like it was a decent deal but unfortunately I have roughly what its worth in it at this point.. maybe in a few more years the value will go up a bit more
