im having trouble starting my third gen camar
so i bought this 1985 camaro the guy i bought it from swapped the engine with and lt1 from a 1994 camaro z28 he used a computer from that camaro as well but i have fuel and spark but the injectors arent injecting

You might want to get a schematic and check the vats hz signal or contact the eBay member who sells the hz modulator and ask what pin of the ecm is for vats.have a obd2 code reader or scanner ?

Key on you will see about 2.5v I think this is a 30hz signal at 50-60%.
