Looks like seat belt guides. I have 4th gen seats in mine so I will look tomorrow. Can't recall for sure and it's freezing outside right now.

The convertibles have a guide that attaches to the seat back.Not sure about coupe or t top cars

At the very least the 91/92 Firebird also had a seat belt guide, the same as the 4th gen one

Ok great I couldn’t figure what went there got front seats from a 2002 Ta and bought rears later can’t remenber what year they came out of.They match the fronts.my 1985 has lap belts only in the rear.
