LM7 to 4L60 Flexplate Option Question

I'm building a budget for a potential LS swap.
I've searched and have had several hits regarding the flexplate needed to adapt my freshly built 700R4/4L60 onto a 5.3L from either an 03 or 06 Tahoe (I have both).
Who is using what or other suggestions/opinions?

Re: LM7 to 4L60 Flexplate Option Question

Do you have the factory flex from either LS motor?
Is it flat or dished at the bolt hub?

I have both however I can't say what the profile is as they're both in running vehicles.

Good for you on being able to pull a known running motor.
The 5.3 usually has the dished bolt hub.
The easiest, cheapest solution is the 551165 ICT billet hub adapter. Lots of them on eBay. This one is good quality.

The only other thing to consider here is SFI certification. I'd need a flexplate to that.
