When I replaced mine, I only greased the inside diameter (liberally) of the sway bar bushings.

Throw that sticky stuff away that they send, if you want it to not squeak (esp when cold) use anti-sieze.

Cool ty for info
wow so the stuff they supply shouldnt be used? lol
EDIT: just found this from here http://www.mgexp.com/phorum/read.php?1,882467
Found this statment:
Note from SRP: The Formula 5 PreLube offered by Energy Suspension and included in most sets where grease is required,
is actually MARINE BOAT TRAILER GREASE.
This is a high paraffin(wax) based grease that sticks to anything it touches.
We do not like this grease because it contains wax(paraffin).
We prefer to use Permatex or Loctite Anti Seize(never seize) grease.
You can purchase it at most all auto parts stores or hardware stores
This grease has graphite in it, but does not have the wax.
Anti-Seize grease is normally recommended for use on sparkplug threads when installed on aluminum heads,
so the threads will not seize. It is a hi-temp and hi-pressure grease.
So these items from autozone will work better tomorrow on install?

That tacky grease doesn't work for keeping squeaks and groaning away.
It's weird; BellTech supplied that tacky grease with the front stabilizer bar, but supplied a slippery tape that's applied to the ID of the bushings for the rear stabilizer bar (these were bars for my Safari van).
The tape is (so far) far superior to the grease.

Throw that sticky stuff away that they send
For a practical joke, if they aren't illegal by now, bring that stuff to work
and paint it on surfaces people touch. It's nearly invisible, and almost
impossible to wipe off.

Re: Energy Suspension rear sway bar polyurethane bushings, where to grease?
yeah i think that was partially the problem. what i didnt realize is the suspension needs to be loaded for final tighenting at endlinks. As soon as i dropped the car on the ground there was no problems.

Re: Energy Suspension rear sway bar polyurethane bushings, where to grease?
So these ****ing sway bar endlinks are the cause of the loud pop. I was having a loud pop over the passenger rear tire when going up angled driveways. So I just spent 4 hours redoing my suspension, dropping the rear end, unbolting shocks, reindexing springs. With no help. I even moved over the passenger side shock and spring to driver side and the loud pop was still there. I said screw it "i wonder" if i take these endlinks off will it cause that sound? and what do you know it yupp, its these Energy suspension end links, or maybe my installation yet not sure how else you can put it on. I think i had them on too tight or something but the damn stud they supply is SO DAMN SMALL that its kinda scary driving around with only a couple threads holding onto it, thats why i actually had it tight. Can anyone else chime in with these damn things. so glad to know its not a bad shock or messed up spring. AND now im a damn pro at dropping the rear in this car lol
So right now the sway bar is just bolted to the rear end hanging there.
