need A/C compressor for serpentine setup

Does anybody have a working in good condition a/c compressor with clutch for sale for a serpentine setup in the Ft. worth area or locally. Need it for a 90-92 setup if it matters. I posted in the parts wanted forum but rather it be local if possible and don't know if everyone checks out that forum. thanks

I have one in a '92. It's the old style (R12?) if that make any difference. ONLY problem is I havn't even got the car in the garage to strip it. Probably going to be end of July before I get to it. How much?

Geeeee..........UH....don't they sell those things at the auto parts stores?

If U are looking for a cheap one, try the thirdgen speciality junk yard up in the Dalls area, or try Thirdgenranch--they are thirdgen parts stripper. They should have one!

zap89, I know what you mean about comfort. I had my system charged up a few weeks ago and made a world of difference.

Cold AC in Houston is about as elusive as bigfoot. Espically in a thirdgen. I have had nothing but problems.. if only I could redo the entire system.
