After looking around their websiteand after going out to HMP, come to find out that HMP -- Houston Motorsports Park-- now has a live video feed for the drag strip, on their web site.

We heard them talking about it over the PA system when we were out there, for both Fri night and Sunday night. (although the web site just says Sunday night). Go to their web site and on the main page find the banner with the guy holding the megaphone and click on the icon, and U have live streaming video from the strip. I havn't done it yet (just found out about it), and I'm not sure how good or bad it will be with dial-up, but I'm gonna try it out!

I just checked it out now at 12:30 when the track would obviously be closed just to see the camera angle/etc. Its streaming some random footage of motorcycles and drags cars, so i guess its only live when they are running, otherwise its some prerecorded stuff

 

Yeah I think it says from 8 to 11 on the web site--and even though it doesn't say it on the web site, I think they are doing it on Fri night also--at least the announcer was talking about Fri night also.
