I have an extra torque arm...but I don't know what year it came off of. It looks pretty much like the one on my '82, except it has some holes that look like they are just to remove weight. I also have a torque arm bracket for a th350.

I'm not local to Miami (I'm in Houston), but I know where it is. I was there for work 8 months ago.

If you have any wiring harness stuff, weather pak connectors, fuel injector connectors, wires etc. I am looking for that sort of stuff.

Man I am sorry I got mine as a basket case. I cut all that stuff out and thew it away. Ya i am looking for just the arm for the th350. I dont want to mess with the bracket I got a friend that broke one. He tore a bunch of stuff up. He may have put it on wrong but I don't know. I am a truck driver and I just spent all of december working in houston running christmas mail. Small world huh.

You know that the th350 doesn't have anywhere to mount a torque arm without a bracket, right?

Third gens never came with a th350, so without a bracket, no factory torque arm will work.

i have the b and m bracket assembly off my car. i removed it. i have around 6k miles on it. i also have a stock torque arm if you need it. btw, you also need a driveshaft that is long enough for the th350.

OK you guys helped me out a ton. I was told that 82 83 cameros came with th350 and that all i needed was the stock arm to make it fit. I am very new to this I have been A mustang guy and still am. I just takes a lot more money to go fast in one. Plus The people I know all do chevy so the used parts market is real big in this area. So here I am. Do the brackets hold up in mid to high 10 cars I was told they wouldn't. I have a turbo car so there is not to much stress off the line. Thanks for the help again.

My bracket has been reinforced so that it is about 2x as strong as the off-the-shelf brackets you will find. It has lasted 15 years on my car running 11's. I burned up several th350's with out the bracket failing. I expect that if you run a double torque arm (2 lamintaed together) you will still break it before the bracket. I only removed mine because I switched to a th400.

I have never seen ANY of the brackets fail without coming loose first.

Why did I reinforce mine? It came loose and I bent it up, so I rebuilt it.

Better than before..better,stronger,faster..and it won't even cost you 6 million dollars!

P.S. The 82 cars that came with a 3-speed auto (TH200 metric) will have the right driveshaft for a th350.

Once again I want to thank you guys. You have been very helpful. I guess I need to do some more searching. Cause I got it all wrong. I was looking at getting some cheap stuff to make it work so I could get it to the track. I guess I should just buy some adj. stuff and just do it once. I won't drive the car much so I am not worried about the ride. Now I just gotta save
