If you remove the carpet, most 'smaller' exhaust shops will do it. Speedtek would probably do the installation, although they would charge an arm and a leg.

I assume they are a weld in set then right? I didt even remove my carpet when i did mine, i just told my exhaust guy to do it and id pour water on any smoking area (Carpet was not going to stay in anyways) but there was never a problem for me.
