The Burgandy GTA is owned by Bill and Ella West.
That car took first place (in it's class) at the American Pontiac Association (APA) show in Galveston Saturday.

Re: first try
I'm pretty happy with the turnout we had yesterday...8 Third Gens and about 6 other F and Y bodies.
I for one am hoping that we can get together more often, but when we had the poll a few months back, quarterly meets were the big winner. Now if someone wants to have other GTG's between the quarterly meets I'm all for it. But I think we should try and differentiate between other events and the quarterly meets.
I heard Danial talking about a Hooters meet...
I'm always trying to find other third gens that want to go to the Otto's car show on Saturday nights...
As far as the next quarterly meet, I'm thinking that the park out by HMP, then a caravan to HMP when they open (5PM?) would be nice. That would be in June.

Re: first try
It's a car show, at Otto's BBQ every Saturday night.
Otto's BBQ is in hte Fountain Lakes shopping center (a big strip center) in stafford. If you are going S. on 59 you take the Alt 90 exit and get on the brakes hard and turn in to the first driveway/street on the right. Go all the way to the end and turn left then it is on the left on the corner opf the strip center.
Get there before 6PM if you want a good parking space. Depending on the weather it will go until 8 or 10PM. There are typically 40 to 60 cars. A lot of old muscle cars, antiques and new cars with V8's and superchargers. Generally no rice...except for some 50's Datsuns.
