Heres a few from the first national gathering in Ok in '99. Mostly of the Texas caravan, I have a lot more pics of this event. I need to find them.

I think this was Sunday after the autocross, lots of folks had already left. My red RS is on the end.

 

It was Dirk from up in OK, to me in Austin & everything in between.

I know we hit the swap meet, then some pick-n-pull in the area, with LOTS stored indoors. Nice place.

Just wish I could put some names to the faces.

 

Not sure. I thought Dana was the one with the white/red heritage,...and is that Cody's formula ?

 

The name Dana sounds familiar.

I know Brad (one of the 3 founders of TGO) was one of the 2 Heritage Camaros on the right. Maybe Dana & Brad were the 2 Heritages?

I think that is Dirk in the white 91/92 GTA parked next to my purple w/white striped RS. The white 'bird is a TTA. He really kicked my gas when we split around a 18-wheeler, going over to the pick-n-pull.

Other than that....No idea really.

 

I went to the arlington swapmeet in '99 or '00. A few of us houston guys went up there to meet with the DFW guys.

Trying to remember who was there... Gregg (1LE), Cody (92 formula), Patrick (91 ragtop t/a), TC..and a lot of others....time flys.

 

Brandon whom goes by the screenname screamindemon or something close to that owned the black IROC with the 17 in. centerline wheels...

 

I remember Brandon's car from our Houston meet in '02. Glad we still have some of the original members around I wasn't old enough to drive when that first meet occurred!

 

I haven't heard from Brandon in a LONG time. I don't think he has the car anymore......

that was a blast, probally not too many here from that time though.

I think its funny how my join date says "July '99", yet those pics are from a TGO Gathering in '98! Time travel? Where is Doc Brown?
