I remember your car...

I am looking to do a similar buildup on a v6 bird...

just need to find a good rolling chasis for the 350 to find a home in... the one i have already has no title so it has become a parts car...

BTW... i was the guy with the Dark Gray 84TA last august...

later,
Chris

if you wanna cut em off the car...

my parts car is an 85 firebird... but the 1/4 panels look to be good...

i still havent checked to see if i can get the title on the car yet... so i am still possibly gonna try to fix it this summer... unless i find a cheap rolling chasis with a clear title..

I have the TA with the 317,000 mile original engine ... coming out soon...

but still runs and drives...

later,
chris

No problem. I talked to someone at the Motorplex last year that had 2 new quarter panels that they wanted to sell and I was interested but didn't get a number....duh.

Anyway.....THANKS JASON!!!! I put the computer in and it fired right up. I still have a few other things to work out but my '82 lives again! I backed it out of the hangar, eased the clutch out then nailed it and left two black marks about 20 feet long before I let out of it (so much for my new tires). Gotta love that TPI - MAJOR improvement over the old Quadrajet.

Chris84ta.....my car didn't have a TPS on the carb. It was from a '73 Oldsmobile with a 455. My car hasn't had a computer as long as I've owned it.....'till now! ;-)
