Alabama International Dragway(Steele)
Hey! What happened to the folks talking about going to Steele. I have been going on Sundays some and would like to get more to show up and meet some of you guys and see your cars. I went this past Sunday and was a little disappointed so i would like to go next Sunday and play some more. They are opening from 2:00 till dark. It is a good time to test your car because it is not very crowded. There is a few mustang drivers to send home whining though.

I hope to get out there pretty soon. I have heard some good things about this track, and it is about 2 and a half hours from me. So are there any nice hotels out that way, close to the track???

I cant remember if there are any motels close to the track or not but there are a bunch just up the highway 10 or 15 miles. I havnt made it back in a couple of weeks but maybe i will get to go this weekend if i get my sfc and torque installed.

Be going up there this coming Sunday to get some track times for my new setup, keep an eye for a blue Iroc vert with a white top

How far
How Far is this track from Dothan. If it is not to far I might be able to make it. Just got my tranny replaced so I want to see what my times are. Thanks

Steele is what 45 mintues to the north of Birmingham? I know it's about a good hour from from Rome, GA which is where I am.

Not only have I not been, my car is still in the garage. It seems I've come close to missing the entire season. I'm gonna try to get started on it Thursday, since summer semester will be over.
