Parting out firebird!
Well I'm dissmantling my 87 Firebird. Im pretty much taking all the good parts off it for my next car. The things I'll be willing to sell are the 305 short block, 3.42 open rear, any body panels/interior parts, ws6 16x8 rims, Harwood 3" Lift Off Cowl. No I'm not going ****, its just that this car has a few problems and I dont have the time to fix it. So once the Honda is fully payed off then I MIGHT get another thirdgen. Really looking at getting a Nova, Chevelle or Malibu. Let me know if you need any parts. The car is sitting at my parents house in Tucson. I usually come back once a month or so, try to anyways. The motor and trans will be coming out in a month and then everything must go. Later

I'm interested in the rear. Are they factory gears or disc brakes? You can PM me or just post here if you want. How much?

How many miles on the block? How'd it run? What about the tranny? If it's gonna be a month and a half, money situation might be better...

The hood looks like crap, I'd love to have the rims though.
I think one of mine is bent, so I need to do something soon. I'm tired of putting air in it once a week.

The hood doesnt look like crap. it just painted primer black and it has a few cracks on the underside. The rims you'd have to make me an offer. They arent in that great condition. The block has 180,000 on it and it ran fine for me.

Ok, import enthusiast guy...
I can't remember, does your engine have a serpentine setup? Better yet the BRACKETS?! Cmon now, I only asked for the brackets years ago.
How about the roof console? I might be interested in the 6A if the price is right.

Ill sell the brackets and roof console but im keeping the 6A Box. Make me an offer on the rims. They really are pieces of crap. A lot of road rash. My parents dont want the car left in their driveway without parts on it i.e. rear end. So maybe someone could take the whole car off my hands with the rearend intact so its not in their driveway.

I just need the rims as a temp. solution until I fix/replace mine. I may have to drive my car all the way to Oklahoma City, so I can tow the POS that has my (hopefully) new LT1.

I already have the hood sold. and you can have the gas stuff. You'll just have to wait until I figure out how and where this thing can get parted out. THink your dad would mind if it was in the back?

I need a couple minor interior parts (lower center A/C vent, driver's door screw cover from the door handle (not the firebird one) and a couple switches if you had them.)
