DUDE.. SERIOUSLY.. GET A JOB!!!
and to answer ur question... there is a shop that is about 4 miels from where i live. they will do it. most shops wont touch it because its against fed. law to work on a car with no cats *if it had them from the factory* shops also "technically" wont remove a car or any emissions equiptment. so thats prob y when u call whoever they say no. anywho, back to my point. the shop near me will do it.. ill have to call him and let him know its me, and u will HAVE to show up right when they open *roughly 7:45-8am* he usually charges between $20-40 to do it.. depends on his mood honestly. it takes less then 20 mins and when ur done, u 2 dont know each other
EDIT:
y dont u try mini chris???

were u getting a cutout for $35?? i got mine for $25. $30.. yea, if ur on E.. but i only go thru about 3 gals of gas in my car to go from my house/work/back home and thats 40 miles!!!
no one said modding a car would be cheap. plus y do u want a cutout anyway??? ur not going to run it open all the time (if u do ur nuts) so whats ur hurry.

Dude I may be able to do it, is the **** already cut (like before that cat) so all that needs to be done is weld it up? On my 86 (before I wrecked it
) I took the cat off and put the cutout in the cats place.

dont use a hack saw you'll be pissed off... go to sears and buy their craftsman exhaust cutter it should be in the automotive section they have.. Its in with all the other tools, you'll cut exhaust in 2 min instead of 20 min... Then after you're finished take it back if you have money issues.. Tell the guy at Sears it wasnt what you wanted..

Sawzall. Even with a wood blade it cuts through the exhaust in less than 30 seconds.
And if someone pisses ya off, it'll cut through them in less than 30 seconds as well.
