Well it depends on the model/options.
Figure a stock 5.7 TPI is gonna be in the mid to high 14's. A stock 5.0 TPI should be in the high 14's to low 15's. Stock 5.0 TBI I'd guess at low to mid 15's.
I'm sure Kevin or someone else can supply more accurate numbers but I should be in the ballpark.

TBI is in the low 16's. Your other numbers are more or less close enough.
