Hey Guys,

My buddy is looking for a 350 block to build up for his 92 RS and I am looking for a 351 (windsor, not another modified) for my Bronco. Anyone know other than the local yards where I can get some cheap blocks (short or long) to tinker with?

Thanks guys,

James

PS Anyone know where to get some convertible parts for the tonneau cover and the frame for my 88 SC?

I have a 289/302 you can have for $50 if you want to pick it up. It ran before I removed it from my mustang. I say 289/302 because it came from a 1965 mustang I bought in 1996. I didn't take it apart so I can't verify what it actually is and I don' know its condition other than I hooked up the wires, put in a battery, gave it some fuel and it fired up.

It's probably the 289, because I don't believe the 302 was used until the 70's (Though I could be wrong). I am going to need at least a 351. That bronco is so heavy plus I will be pulling a boat and/or a camaro I might have someone who needs one though.

Ill see what I can do

The reason I say 289/302 is because i haven't taken it apart to check. They could have swapped engines and such. Just because it was in a car that came with a 289 doesn't mean the engine is a 289. I don't know the cars history besides I was given it when I bought my 65 fastback. The guy just wanted them outta there.

Very true. I might still come pick it up from you for myself, because I still plan on picking up a 65/68 mustang one of these days to restore and would love to have a built engine ready to drop right in.
