That is not true. If it is a 160 speedo, why on earth would anyone want to keep the dual needles?
It is probably just a re-silkscreened 85 speedo like your's. It would either read 160 when at 85 or if he spent the money to calibrate it, it would read right. But no, that is not the rare 140 speedo from GM he is probably thinking of. Poor soul who buys this POS.
Stick with the later 145 Speedo found in IROCs and Z28s. 
Christian, go here if you can't find one local. Although, local you can get just the speedo for "cheap".

Nope, that is how the early ('82-'84) Camaro speedos were, dual point. Left side was MPH (0-85) and the right side was KPH (0-140), all on one needle

You'd need the GM part number to verify it for certain. It could be what the guy says it is, but keep in mind a lot of people on eBay advertise their stuff as "Rare", "One of a kind", "1LE", and so on when it's really not that special.
