Well, I am going to start the inquiry. I checked the cost of this, it will be $200 roughly. There is a place by Elsinore where they teach you how to sky dive. There are some restrictions: You must be 18 years old and a maximum weight of 230 lbs. for tandem and 225 lbs. for AFF.

I can't think of one reason so count me out.

 

Over the wieght limit by a good 20 - 25 lbs.

 

Although I do just make the min. age requirements of 18, I dont have a wish to die at 18!(Even if I did, I can think of several more fun ways to die than falling out of a perfectly good plane for "fun" then splating into the ground knowing theres nothing I can do, short of growing wings!) So sorry-plus my mom would never forgive you!

 

No f***ing way. I'm chicken. I'll stick to 12 sec /110+ runs anyday. I turn 48 tommorrow and have all the thrills I can handle. Jeff

 

I already have the "diving" part down - Its the "sky" part that I have a problem with.

 

I would LOVE to sky-dive, but I have other things I need to spend the $200 on...

You know Kevin, in West Hollywood the rates are cheaper due to the competition, and if you cut it back to only once
or twice a week then you can save enough money to make the skydive, or at least that's what Madmax volunteered

Yes I am Certified and have been diving for years. I take several trips to the northern channel Islands each year for lobsters and rock scallops.
