The Master cylinder is just a new piece and the prop. valve is supposed to be an upgrade. The theory is that the 1LE cars got an upgraded prop. valve.

I did some comparing today and the new prop. valve is visually identical to my current one, but they have different part numbers. The one on my car also has a tag on it that says "NB" and the part number starts with NB. The new prop valve has an "ND" in front of the part number. This seems to be similar to the codes that appear on the springs for our cars.

Anyone have a book to look up the letter codes for various parts?

No book, but the internals can be entirely different and probably are.

You have me VERY concerned with that picture Bret. I know mike suffers from this problem as well. Perhaps Mike can help you out with some support group information. With some time, commitment, dedication, and horse tranquilizers you can become a positive contributor to our society.

Yes, I'm sure you are concerned. Knowing that the White Rocket will soon devastate the Blue Bunny on the road course, you must be having nightmares.

P.S. - I think I'm concerned about James and wondering why he has sooo much photographic source material????

I have everything you got and more. I'll pass you in the turns and lap you in the straights.

What mods does your engine have? I probably have a good 100hp more than you.

True. My engine is still bone stock AND I'm still running an A4 trans, so you will have the advanatge in the straights. Fortunately road courses tend be equalizers and higher horsepower doesn't always win.

Dean's little V6 will probably pass both of us like we were standing still out on a raoad course.
