Just pull a new lever off a good seat at the junkyard and screw it into your seat.I had the same problem and thats what I did .Its like putting legos together

I had to replace a lever in my drivers seat in my Malibu once.. After I spent the big bucks for a new lever the seat completely broke a few adjustments later..
Don does a great Job with the cover swap.. I watched him swap the cover once.. I never knew it was possible.. I could have had a few covers in my color if I had known.. Now the seats are harder to find.. Esp. when your not out looking.. Like me.. Have not been to a pyp in a long time..

Usually with people like me, Ken, Mike... its the frame of the seat itself thats broken. It'll be about halfway up, split in two. Car accidents will do this damage too with lighter people. I have seen the holes tear on the lower frame as well, so... go to a junkyard, find a seat that looks good, take the cover off right there in the yard so you can inspect it, and buy it if its ok.
