The place in Stanton is $70 per hour. Figure a minimum of one hour. We will be having another dyno session in a couple of months.

This has nothing to do with the price of using one, but when my Dad was tearing out the old automotive section at the local Tech College since he was the lowest bidder, he had the opportunity to buy a complete dyno setup that you pull your car up on including the computer with the software for only $25 dollars. Too bad at the time I was 12 and didn't know any better. He just told me about that the other day when I was talking about having my Formula dynoed eventually. Man if we had that now, I could charge a minimal fee and still make a killing on it with so many people around here wanting to dyno their cars.

There still is possibilty to buy a Dynojet.. Of course the dollar is diffrent.. Here locally At BlowerDrive Service.. A few pulls with a tuner and driver runs you about 300 with the wide Band.. It's well worth it.. But thing is.. The Stock Ecu's are a bit more time consuming and situations need worked out tuning the Ecu.. Dfi, fast.. Thats all changed on the Dyno or Street right now.. So it's more less to me the way to go.. They have told us over and over we need to upgrade our systems.. Does not mean delete the Ecu.. But run the Piggy back harness..

And as we know Kevin, Tunes ecu's for combo's and street.. He has surely spent numerous hours at the track.. Improving performance and air fuel.. And he is an expert with Tuning for smog..
