LEGISLATIVE ALERTS FROM SEMA
Two new bills introduced into Calif legislature.
CARB wants to ban R134A, yes R134A.
AB 616, will require ANNUAL smog checks of vehicles 15 years and older. Revenues to be used to purchase vehilces for scrappage.
