Hey guys. I love my car, but I just don't have enough time to finish it so I'm thinking about selling it.

I'm not really sure what the market is for these cars right now, so I'd like to get some opinions on what you guys think it's worth.

Most of the Specs are in the Sig.

I know it's a little rough, being primered and all. But it runs really well and I've made some decent upgrades to it.

The interior is about to be fully restored. So all this thing really needs is paint!

 

Duno how much its worth but i love the way it looks.

With the rims and all, I'd say close to 3k

 

If it has the origional motor, then yeah, that is whats killing you. If it had a new motor, like a 3000 crate, you could get 6 or 7 saying it just needs paint to be mint. You have some nice components in that car, that be cooling system is a lot, it would suck to see it sold off for very little $ to you. Seems like you are 1/2 to make a great car, now is the worste time to sell it. You are going to loose all the $ you put into it and still end up with no car. I would either part it out, or finish it up and sell it.

 

Looks like a nice car, if the interior is in good shape Id say 3,000 being finding the right buyer. Probably best to keep it and finish it b/c it's just not a sellers market right now. My

 

I agree, keep it, I was going to sell my car but could not let it go, My wife told me that now that I finally own my dream car I was about to let it go and that it wasn't a great choice. That was all I needed, some naggin' from my wife to keep my dream car (lol). I vote to keep the car, if you sell it too cheap you will probably end up giving to someone who will end putting it in the scrapyard. Don't put our cars in danger of extinction lol!

 

You could always throw the cheapest paint job you can find on it to get it sold.

But I guess that raises an ethical question...a lot of car lots do that.

 

Wow, I haven't checked this thread in a while I wasn't aware of all the replies.

I really want to keep it, but I've fallen on hard times financially, and I need the extra cash. I'm in a difficult position though, I realize that if I sale it only half finished, I will probably get less than it's worth. But at the same time I really don't have the time or money to finish it right now.

 

Yeah im in the same spot. I'm just going to suck it up though. I know the ladies will be after me when I'm done ;O). If you really wanted to keep it, you would find a way to.
