weird problem
So when my car gets hot or runs for about 3hrs it starts so lose power, to the point that i doesn't want to move. I have a new fuel pump, fuel filter. Could the fuel pump relay be giving me these headaches ? It only happens when its hot though ?

Have you ohm'ed your injectors lately? They should be more than 14 ohms when hot.

When you say it gets hot, how hot does it get?
I know my car seems to lose a little power when I've been stuck in traffic on a hot day, maybe it gets around 220, but when it cools off it's back to normal. It's always been that way.

What kind of pump did you replace the old one with, what brand??
Similar problems happened to me, the cause, fuel tank getting hot and the pump not doing its job....I replaced it once with a cheap pump and happened again the next day. Went and got a really good pump, never happened again.

I just replaced the injectors with some #24 ford racing, I have a new BBK fuel pump, new filter. and a Hi flow catco. This problem was preexisting prior to me dropping in a diffrent engine. I originally thought the original fuel pump was bad. But to my surprise it did it again.
It seems to happen at highway speeds at warm outside temp, after driving for past 1hr or so. the engine temp reaches 220 and thats as high as it gets.
The MAF is disconected, due to the fact the one I have doesnt work.
But it doesnt happen often, and when it does I let the car cool for about 30 mins and shes starts up and has full power. Talk about inconvenience.

Are you running the factory fuel lines and exhaust system. It might be something hot is next to a fuel line. Vapor lock.

The fuel lines come out of the tank and over the top and down the left rear inner fender with the fuel filter clamped under the floor just in front of the fender. From there the fule lines run up along the left ide of the car and enter the engine compartment clamped to the left frame rail right below the brake lines & master cylinder. There are 2 neoprene fuel hoses for supply and return that go from the steel line up to the front of the engine on the driver's side and connect into the fuel rails. Since you exhaust runs along the right side of the car, any possible location where the heat might cause a vapor lock would likely be under the hood.

Apparently not, because I keep seeing the same posts over and over from people asking how they can remove their cats or their AIR tubes, and how many hundreds of horsepower they think they'll gain by doing so.

I don't live my life being cautious about following the laws/rules as closely as possible. I make it a point to follow the law just enough that it doesn't cost me any hassle from Johnny Law. If I wanted to live my life worrying about meaningless laws i wouldn't drive a IROC Camaro. I purposely detune my fuel efficiency for maximum HP gain at every opportunity. My cats are fairly new, and are high-flowing (previous owner actually raced the car). If this was not the case, and i thought they might be plugged i would take a 18" long, 1/2" wide drill bit and remove as much material from them as possible. I know the letter of the law, and much like the "No speeding", "No excessive acceleration", and the negative implications on removing the AIR pump, I just don't just don't give a damn.

Perhaps I went off a bit too much. I forgot about the stranglehold Arnie keeps you guys in. If not for The beaches and medical marijuana I would say move, but then...yeah. I just get tired of the same cookie cutter responces from Kevin on every post.

It is not Arnold. I've never been an Arnold fan, but the strict smog problems started with a federal government that put California on notice over 30 years ago that if the smog problem was not totally erradicated, they would stop all federal highway funding to the state. Not one single governor of this state has been any different on the smog issue since before Ronald Reagan was governor. The laws just get tougher and tougher, and part of the problem is that the smog is a naturally occuring phenomenon in this state. In addition California is the state that does the certification for ALL aftermarket products that are required to have a C.A.R.B. eo#. C A R B E O stands for California Air Resources Board Executive Order, and California makes $ millions of dollars every time a manufacturer brings a new device in to be tested and awarded a number. It is not a coincedence that most of the speed equipment manufacturers have been bougth out by Edelbrock, Holley, or Mr Gasket (Accel). Shortly after the first smog devices were required in Ca back in the late 1960's, people started getting around the requirements by driving to Arizona and Nevada to buy new cars. They passed a law making it illegal to register an out of state car in California with less than 6500 miles on the odometer unless it meets California smog standards. The latest thing is to publicize a program that has been in place for years asking people to turn in neighbors who are driving cars with out of state plates. If you have property out of state, you can register your car out of state, but you risk having someone turn you in to the state for the reward. If you don't have an address in a different state, you can't register your car there. I think an address for registration purposes is an actual street address not a post office box. The funny thing is that we have people from out of state coming to the So Cal regional board all of the time to advise people to disable smog equipment, usually the cat, and yet Don is building smog legal engines and Kevin is tuning chips to make smog legal engines produce as much power as any naturally aspirated engine built in the country for the street. The solution to any problem is to find out exactly what is causing the problem, and fix it, not just start eliminating smog equipment.
