This is the So Cal board. We can't just throw any parts on them we want, we have to work within the very restrictive CA smog laws and use our brains. If you were working under the same restrictions, you would be hiding under the bed in terror.

The CARB approval program is a huge resource of income for CA, they just don't spend it very wisely.
