Maybe the annoucer was wrong and she simply repeated his mistake. I even posted I thought the times where what they are, its just the video said otherwise and I was puzzled hearing that.
The announcer was bad, My slowest run of all six was a 51.xx
He was saying the times 50...3...6 when it was a 50...36
sure glad my time was not a 50.96 so every gets a 50...9...6 from the P.A.

Yeah the announcer was just plain inconsistent… He does the same thing on the first tape Cindy shot a couple of weeks ago. I guess he’s all about blurting out numbers that just feel good coming out of his mouth LOL. I can’t imagine American cars running on a predominantly import track has anything to do with it…

I just got back from the junk yard. I went looking for the fuel pump relay plug. but every single one i saw, had atleast 2 of the 3 smaller middle wires exposed. does that happen to all the cars? or just junks like mine?

Hey Troy mine is the same way.

Jerry, next time at the track you need to slip $10 to the camera person so that you can get more exposure.

What we need to do is not run together, being only ~10 sec apart its hard to cover two or more cars.
Or get more cameras and camera persons.

Here is some additional footage I picked up from Tom. I’ve cleaned it up the best I can and have broken it into individual clips. I’m still working on the rest but here are the ones for Dean and Jerry.

Dean's Runs

Jerry's Runs

Dean's Runs

Jerry's Runs

Just want to note for the record the little "off road Excursions" in the second run was Nick driving not me. I drove the first and third runs.
When you turn left the wheel locks due to a badly damaged steering box that was 22 years old- it seriously happens to be the only factory part left on the truck that is original. It was making the truck very difficult to control and the drive home was scary.

That swaying effect you had was probably from a bottle of your nick name.
