"Might" have some Spohn SFC's for sale...
Okay, I just learned that Steve Spohn will soon be producing tubular SFC's. Since this is what I'd really prefer on my car I'm thinking about selling my boxed and powder coated Spohn SFC's that are still in the bubble wrap sitting in my garage.
Just thought I'd post here first to see if anyone might be interested. I'm also planning to contact Steve directly and see if I can do an exchange with him.

I know...
That Vincent is in the market for some SFCs for the 86 Z28 he bought. If you don't go the route of sending them back to Spohn maybe get in contact with Vincent and see if he might be interested. And even if he isn't I still might know one other person that might be interested in SFCs at a good price
Just go ahead and email me to let me know what you'd like to do:

Sorry, but $100 won't cut it. $120 is a damn steal already.
These are $155 SFC's BEFORE the powder coating, which costs another $44. Do the math - that's $199 before shipping direct from Spohn.

Don,
Yeah, that's my other option, just stick with them. I like the idea of the tubular design and they should be lighter. At the same time I beginning to wonder if it's worth the hassle of switching.
As Steve put it, we don't abuse our cars enough to notice a big difference between the two designs.
