Any real world pictures of it installed? I bought soft seal stuff and hated it. Nothing like OEM. But OEM was hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
OEM had a "backbone" running down the entire weatherstrip. Softseal doesn't. What are yours like?

I don't have any pics, however these are the Fairchild ones that are just like the original door seals with the molded plastic ends. Quite a few members on the board have bought them from us. They fit well.

Soft seal also has molded ends and they are horrible. Looking for some reason to think these might be better.

They're just like the factory seals with the hardened ends. We also carry the Metro door seals, here's a link to them if you would rather have those. they fit good too.

Re: 1982-1992 Chevy Camaro OE Style Door Weatherstrip Pair
I guess I am being unclear with my point. Let me try again....
The softseal weatherstrip is horrible. It has molded ends that have hard plastic in them too. This is NOT what makes a good weatherstip. What makes the OEM superior is the rigid plastic push rivets all being attached to one another by a plastic stip that runs inside the rubber seal along the length. This feature has zero to do with the ends being molded. I was asking about this feature that softseal does not copy from the OEM.
Do either of your seals?
Thank you.
